  1. About us

About us

With over 40 years experience delivering great care and support, Cornerstone provides tailored, individual packages of care which focus on enabling people with a variety of needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex care needs, to live the best possible life.

We are always flexible and responsive in meeting the ever changing needs of the people we support and work closely with individuals and families to agree what sort of support will work best for them.

This could be providing specialist accommodation on a full time basis for people with more complex needs, to just a few hours befriending a week to help an individual build confidence and make friends. We support individuals of all ages, providing respite days and clubs for children and young people with disabilities, to day care support for older people with dementia.

If you would like to make a referral for any of our services please call us on 0300 131 3333 to find out what support we can provide in your area or complete an enquiry form.
