Jack joins Cornerstone with over twenty years senior experience in the social care and homelessness sector, creating growth in service delivery through strong and effective business development initiatives. He has a track record in leading large-scale transformation programmes including digital innovation and leadership development; repositioning and establishing operations and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Jack takes up the newly-created role of Director of Innovation, Partnerships and Digital as part of Cornerstone's new ‘Improving Lives Together’ organisational strategy. He will help to lead digital transformation and innovation across both business and operations, ensuring Cornerstone remains a modern, technology-enabled organisation well into the future.

With the social care sector in Scotland facing increasing financial pressures, Jack will also be responsible for partnership development, looking for new ways that groups and organisations can work together, share overheads, resources and best-practice approaches, and helping to assure the continued delivery of high quality, person-centred care and support across Scotland.

Jack lives in Livingston with his very active daughter Kasey and equally active dog Bruno.
