Sean is a public sector procurement and commissioning professional with significant experience in high-value, high-risk frameworks and capital projects across construction, professional services, social care and environment. He is skilled in negotiation, stakeholder and contact management, data analysis, and project management and is a MCIPS member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and Full Member of the Chartered Management Institute.
